We sell equipment — that’s half of what we are, alongside installation — but we don’t sell it the way a warehouse does. Loudspeakers, amplification and sources interact with each other and with your room, and a mismatched system of excellent components can sound worse than a modest one chosen well. So we start with listening: what music you play, how loud, in what room, and what you already own that deserves keeping.

Setup is half the sound

The same pair of loudspeakers can sound dramatically different depending on where they sit, how they’re angled, and what the room does to them. Every system we supply for a Cheltenham home can be delivered, positioned and dialled in by us — speaker placement, toe-in, subwoofer integration where wanted, and streaming set up so the whole household can actually use it.

Can you improve my existing system rather than replace it?

Often, yes — and we’ll say so. Repositioning, room treatment, a better source or one targeted upgrade frequently beats wholesale replacement. We’d rather keep your trust than sell you a box you didn’t need.

Do you install as well as sell?

Yes. We’re an installer and a retailer in equal measure — delivery, positioning, calibration and household-friendly control are all part of the service for Cheltenham clients.
