The Standard DAC Board is an internal output module for Innuos streaming players, adding an RCA analogue output plus optical and coaxial SPDIF outputs. It is the neat choice where an Innuos unit is the main source and the system wants a clean analogue feed without a separate outboard converter cluttering the rack.
Rather than a standalone component, this is a board fitted inside the host player, so it draws on the server’s own low-noise foundation and adds no extra chassis, mains lead or interconnect between boxes. That keeps the signal path short and the installation discreet — part of what makes an Innuos player such a self-contained source.
With onboard digital-to-analogue conversion, the Standard DAC Board lets an Innuos player connect directly to an integrated amplifier or preamplifier by RCA, while the optical and coaxial outputs remain available for an external converter. It suits systems where a tidy, straightforward signal path matters as much as outright specification.
