Overview

This is Lyngdorf’s official RoomPerfect™ microphone — the calibrated measuring instrument the system uses to learn your room. Every RoomPerfect calibration starts here: the microphone captures how the loudspeakers actually behave at multiple positions, and the electronics correct the system to match.

What it does

RoomPerfect is Lyngdorf’s room-correction technology, built into its amplifiers and processors. During setup, the microphone is moved through a series of measurement positions; the system builds a picture of both the listening position and the room as a whole, then corrects for the room’s influence while preserving the loudspeakers’ character.

Connection

The microphone connects to the dedicated XLR microphone input provided on RoomPerfect-equipped Lyngdorf electronics — the same balanced input listed on the MP-series processors and Lyngdorf’s amplifiers for exactly this purpose.
