This is the optional USB input module for Lyngdorf’s TDAI-2170 integrated amplifier, from the Danish specialist in digital amplification and room correction. It adds a high-resolution USB connection so a computer or other USB source can be played directly into the amplifier. The same capability is included as standard on Lyngdorf’s larger TDAI-3400, so this module brings that functionality to the TDAI-2170.
Design & build
The module is a slot-in card designed specifically for the TDAI-2170. It is straightforward to fit — a job of a few minutes — and once installed it becomes a selectable input alongside the amplifier’s other connections, keeping the system tidy with no additional box in the rack.
Performance
