The Hidden Home view: Naim CI-NAP 108
The CI-NAP 108 is the eight-channel power amplifier in Naim’s CI Series for installed systems. It can drive speakers in several rooms at once or amplify up to eight separate streams of audio, with a local input for each channel, and it delivers 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
It is rack-mountable and only 6.66 cm tall. Each channel has its own level control and two Euroblock outputs for wiring speakers in parallel, and the amplifier switches itself off after 20 minutes without a signal. Naim made it to partner the CI-Uniti 102 streamer amplifier and to sit alongside an AV processor in a home cinema.
So it suits a whole-house music system or the extra channels of a cinema, where the amplification should live quietly in the rack. Naim designed it to complement Focal’s in-wall speakers. We plan the rooms, the speakers and the amplification together, so call us to design yours.
