Overview
The BW-3 is Lyngdorf’s smallest subwoofer — a sealed 7.25-litre cabinet hiding an 8-inch long-throw driver and a 400-watt Class D amplifier. In matte white with its grey Gabriel® fabric cover, it brings real bass to bright rooms that will not accept a conventional subwoofer’s bulk or looks.
Design & build
Full-MDF closed-box construction keeps the tiny enclosure rigid and honest, and the soft grey cover — woven by Gabriel of Denmark, textile makers since 1851 — finishes it as furniture rather than equipment. It slots beside seating, under consoles, behind planting: almost anywhere.
Sound & performance
Response runs 27Hz to 200Hz through the line input, extending to 27Hz–800Hz via the bypass input, which bypasses internal filtering where an external processor or amplifier manages the crossover. Maximum output is 99dB RMS — ample for the compact systems it is designed to anchor.

Technology
